In Europa Investimenti since 2011, Claudio has been engaged in distressed M&A and investments in special sits and is now the CEO of Sagitta SGR. He has been responsible for some of the group's companies (Mediacontech, HDI, SBP, EICF…) and is currently in the BoD of other listed companies in Italy and abroad (Fintel Energia, Fintel Enerjia Doo). Before joining EI, Claudio has been the Head of IBD at Banca MB (an Italian merchant bank), an investment director at Meliorbanca Asset Management SGR, managing two PE funds (Star Venture Fund I and MeliorEquityFund) sponsored by Meliorbanca and also at Gallo&C. S.p.A., an advisory boutique. At the beginning of his career, Claudio worked in EY, Bax Global Inc. and Mc Donald’s Inc. Claudio holds a MSc in Finance from the Bocconi University.

Diego Antoj has been working for Arrow Global group for five years, first as an Analyst and then as Portfolio Management for investments made directly by Arrow group companies in Italy or by securitisation vehicles. Since 2024 Diego joins Sagitta's Portfolio Management team with a focus on reserved securities funds. Diego holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Milan Bicocca.

Rosanna for more than ten years has worked in State Street Bank, supporting the accounting function as outsourcer of noteworthy Italian and international companies linked with real estate, hedge and private equity funds.
In Sagitta SGR she is part of the Middle Office department, mainly taking care of the supervision of the administrative activities of the real estate funds, also focusing on the relationships with the involved outsourcers and suppliers.

In Europa Investimenti group for over 3 years, following the acquisition by the EI of a controlling stake in Sagitta SGR, Rosaria has held various roles within the asset management player (SGR), first as Administrative and Operations Director, then as Head of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Legal Affairs Function, finally, as CFO, dedicating himself to the management of portfolios as well as investment UCITS (private equity funds and UCITS) and real estate. He has held the role of Administrative Manager in various companies operating in the asset management sector (Sella Asset Management SGR, Zenit SGR, BNL Eurosecurities SIM, Gemina - Credit Lyonnais SIM) and is currently the CFO of Sagitta SGR. Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

Before joining Sagitta, Claudio worked at leading banking, insurance and consulting firms, specializing in the anti-money laundering sector, in particular in the Large Corporates segment of BNL BNP Paribas.
In Sagitta SGR since 2024, he deals with all anti-money laundering obligations and provides support to other functions such as Organization and Administration.
Graduated in law at the University of Palermo, he holds a master's degree in "Corporate Law" and is qualified to practice the legal profession.

Graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, in Economics and Business Law with a major in finance, after an experience as Credit Risk Analyst in Deutsche Bank, Federica joined Sagitta SGR as a Trainee of Fund Management division.

After a brief experience in the banking and consulting sector, Luca joined the Arrow Global group as part of the Portfolio Management team, where he has been involved in distressed credit market investments for two years. In 2024, Luca joins the Portfolio Management team at Sagitta with a focus on reserved securities funds. Graduate with a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Milano-Bicocca.

After gaining experience in Deloitte in the field of Financial Advisory, Luca joined the Fund Management Department, focusing on the real estate side. It also takes care of relations with investors, outsourcers and suppliers of the Funds. He is currently Fund Manager of the Obton Italy Fund. Graduated in Economics of markets and financial intermediaries at the Catholic University of Milan.

Before joining Sagitta, Paola was Head of Administration in a private equity funds (MPS Group 2002-2010, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR 2010-2018) and Head of Corporate Affairs (2018-2019 Indaco SGR). At Sagitta, she deals with the establishment of new funds, the corporate secretariat and human resources and she is a member of the Sustainable Committee of the Company. Since July 2023 she is Chief Operating Officer. Graduated in Law from the University of Siena and with a diploma in European Union Law.

Christian began his professional career within the KPMG Law and Tax Firm, where he was responsible for providing tax advice to clients operating in the financial sector. Subsequently, he continued his career first at Barclays and then at Banca PSA. From January 2021 he joined the Arrow Group in Italy providing support to all Italian platforms in tax matters, both on compliance issues and in relation to the structuring of investment transactions. Since 2022 he has been partially seconded to Sagitta. Graduated in Economics and Corporate Law at Catholic University in Milan.

Before joining Sagitta, Fabio spent two years at Deloitte as an auditor for asset management companies and financial companies, with a specific focus on open-ended investment funds. In Sagitta he is part of the Middle Office office and is responsible for the supervision of credit fund administrative activities, treasury management, investor relations and the preparation of business plans. Graduated from the Catholic University of Milan.

Andrea Camesasca has been working for Arrow Group since 2019, where he was in charge of Portfolio Management and since 2024 Andrea has joined Sagitta as Senior Manager della divisione Portfolio Management. Previously, he was director in the Distressed Assets function of Credit Agricole CIB focusing on NPLs securitisation investment management and NPE position management and, previously, he held various roles in a leading Special Servicer (part of the Archon group) and was Controller of Essilor Italia. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in Administration and Control.

After gaining some brief experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Davide joined Sagitta SGR's Fund Management division, specifically focusing on mobile funds. His responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating operations, as well as handling execution and post-closing tasks. Davide holds a degree in Finance from the University Federico II of Naples and a second-level Master's degree in Sustainable Finance from the Catholic University of Milan.

Marco worked for several years within operational functions with specific focus in AML controls, gaining in particular considerable experience in securitizations at leading industry players.
In Sagitta since the beginning of 2022, he was first involved in the management of operational controls in the AML area and is now part of the Compliance & AML function. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration.

From 2015 to 2019, Carlo worked in the administration and control function of Italian industrial companies operating in the food, beauty and retail sectors. In 2019 he joined Arrow Global Group working for the administration and control function of the company Europa Investimenti, operating in the sector of non-performing activities and corporate crisis situations. Since 2022, he has held the role of deputy financial officer in Sagitta SGR.

Carlo Nicolò began his professional career with the Studio Associato Haupt, with focus on insolvency proceedings. Subsequently, he continued his career in PwC and then moved on to Europa Investimenti in 2019; since 2024 he has been partially seconded to Sagitta for the Origination function. Graduated in Business Economics from the Bicocca University of Milan and is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants in Milan.

Previously Stefano worked at KPMG Advisory S.p.A. and subsequently at Finanziaria Internazionale (Finint) where he was involved in projects related to the evaluation and management of loan and real estate portfolios. Stefano joined Sagitta SGR in 2022. Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Verona.

Luca previously worked at Accenture S.p.A. and subsequently at Clessidra SGR where he held, among others, the role of Head of the Portfolio Valuation area for Private Equity funds. He joined Sagitta in 2022. Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Milan Bicocca.

Before joining Sagitta, Giorgia spent three years in KPMG as an auditor for asset management companies and financial companies and subsequently she continued her career in the role of Administrative Assistant reporting to the CFO in an Italian Asset Management Company with Venture Capital Funds.
In Sagitta SGR she plays the role of Associate Middle Office and Finance, mainly taking care of administrative, planning and control activities of the real estate funds and the Asset Management Company, also focusing on the relationships with the involved outsourcers and suppliers.
She graduated in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University, in Milan.

Nicoletta began her professional career in the McKinsey Group joining the Quick&Information Department team. Afterwards, she held the role of Office Manager in structured corporate contexts, such as McArthurGlen Group and Kroll Group. She joined Sagitta in 2023 as Office Manager, managing relationships with service providers and coordinating some administrative activities with the HR and Finance departments.

In his professional career, Luca has carried out activities relating to the structuring of securitization transactions with the main Italian special servicers (Prelios, Guber, NPL SpA) in the field of origination and portfolio valuation. Between 2014 and 2018 he contributed to the creation and development of the NPL financial Services division for Accenture. In Sagitta since 2020, he held the role of Evaluation Function Manager until 2022 and is currently Fund Manager of the UTP Italia fund. Graduated in Economics from Bocconi University and with a post degree from the London School of Economics.

After working for several years as a lawyer, Marco has been involved in asset management since 2007 and provides assistance in the regulatory, contractual, judicial and insurance fields, as well as in all matters relating to the management of real estate AIFs. Between 2013 and 2014 he worked in Quadrivio Capital SGR where he mainly dealt with Compliance and AML, as well as with the corporate secretariat. Marco is responsible for the legal department of Sagitta since February 2015.

Gaia has carried out forensic practice at a leading international law firm, assisting Italian and international clients in merger and acquisition transactions. Subsequently, she worked as a Junior Legal Counsel at the Italian branch of a British asset management company, where she dealt with the establishment and contractual matters of private equity funds and funds specializing in non-performing loans. Since she has joint Sagitta, she supports both the Transaction and Corporate Affairs functions. She graduated in Law from Bocconi University, with a specialization in the United States.

For more than two years he has been part of the fund management division of Sagitta SGR and deals with investment and divestment activities mainly for credit funds and for real estate funds, following the analysis and evaluation phase of the operations as well as thr execution and post-closing. Graduated in Corporate Finance at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome with also a short study experience abroad.

Sara has twenty years of experience in the management of both private and listed real estate funds, with investments in different kind of properties. In addition to the asset management activities of the funds of which she is fund manager, she deals with the supervision and coordination of property management, facility, project monitoring, project development and construction, as well as the more purely administrative and urban planning aspects, also through the outsourcing to other external consultants.

Before joining Sagitta, Renato worked at leading international law firms in Milan and London in the field of banking law and capital markets. He joined the Sagitta Legal Department in 2015 and is mainly involved in providing legal support to the management team in investment/divestment transactions. It also supports the Corporate Affairs office with regard to the corporate secretariat. Graduated in law at the University of Bari "Aldo Moro", he holds a master's degree in "Domestic and International Banking Law" and is qualified to practice the legal profession.

Before joining Sagitta in 2024, Riccardo worked for leading international entities, such as Panattoni as Director of Finance & Operations Italy, and Gruppo Statuto, in the role of Head of Structured Finance, after starting his career in the Prelios Group becoming Head of Finance of Prelios SGR.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance and real estate, he has structured and managed structured debt transactions for more than 4 billion euros of debt. At Sagitta, he has taken the position of Fund Manager Direct Lending of the SGT ACO Direct Lending Fund and Structured Finance Senior Manager.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Sassari and a Master's degree in Corporate Strategy and a Master's degree in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi.

Edoardo after working as a financial analyst and portfolio monitoring at NPL Management, an independent player on the NPLs secured/unsecured market, he works at Sagitta in the Middle Office department in charge of e supervision of credit fund administrative activities. He graduated in Economics and Finance from LIUC University of Castellanza.

After two years of experience in financial advisory, Alberto joined the Valuation of Sagitta Sgr. He is primarily involved in evaluating investments, divestments, and indetermining the value of assets for each fund managed by the company.
He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Corporate Law from the University of Verona.

Prior to joining Sagitta, Paolo gained 9 years of experience at Deloitte, where he held the role of Manager, focusing on the Internal Control System (with specific reference to the Compliance and Internal Audit Corporate Functions) within leading national and international Asset managers and Banks. Part of Sagitta's Compliance Function team since September 2022, he assumed the role of Head of Compliance since July 1, 2023 and was also appointed Head of AML from April 1, 2024. He holds a degree in Economics.

After an experience in strategic consulting, Cristiano joined Sagitta as Fund Management Trainee. He holds a master’s degree in Management from Bocconi University, with a major in Entrepreneurship, SMEs and growth strategies.

Prior to joining Sagitta as a fund management trainee, Nicolò spent two years at Casavo as an Investment Analyst. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Luiss University and a master's degree in Finance from the Fordham School of Business in New York

Before joining Sagitta's team, he was an associate in prestigious national and international law firms in London and Milan, advising leading banks, financial intermediaries and management companies in the context of the structuring and implementation of complex securitization transactions, structured finance and investment funds. As part of a secondment program, he also provided legal assistance to a leading investment bank in London. In Sagitta since 2022 as Legal Portfolio Manager, he deals with the management of all legal issues and contracts relating to the managed funds, with particular reference to the SGT ACO Umbrella (Italy) Fund, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders. Graduated in law from the “Luigi Bocconi” University of Milan and with a 2nd level Master in Environmental Law from the Roma Tre University.

Before joining Sagitta in 2023, Paolo was Head of Risk and a member of the investment committee at Petiole Asset Management Ag in Zurich. Previously, Paolo was Risk Manager for The Family Office Co. in Bahrain and held a senior position at Quantyx Advisors in Milan. . At Sagitta SGR, he serves as ESG Manager, managing sustainability and social responsibility within the Company. He graduated in Finance from Bocconi University. Paolo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter and the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.

In the Europa Investimenti group for over 5 years, Ruggiero has worked as a financial analyst evaluating multiple investments made by the various companies of the group, then joined Sagitta SGR in the role of fund manager as well as project leader in transactions involving the purchase and / or the dismissal of real estate assets. Before joining the Arrow Group, he had several experiences in leading Italian consulting and banking companies. He has a degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and a Master Degree in Real Estate Valuation and Financing from SDA Bocconi – School of Management.

After a brief experience in a public relations agency, Chiara held various roles in the field of Communication for companies such as Falck Group, Marsh & Mc Lennan Companies, dealing with external and internal communication initiatives. She joined Arrow Global Group in 2019 with the role of Corporate Communication Manager, supporting all the Italian platforms of the Group. Since 2022 she has been partially seconded to Sagitta and is part of the company's Sustainability Committee. Graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan and with a Masters in Communication.

After gaining experience in financial intermediaries and consultancy firms, carrying out internal auditing and compliance activities, in Sagitta she is responsible for updating and disseminating internal regulations and supports the structure in relations with outsourcers and with custodians, within the Organization office. Graduated in Political Sciences (economics-business specialization) at the State University of Milan.
